Who's who in the Royal Box at Wimbledon?
While Andy Murray battled it out against Yen-hsun Lu, there was plenty of excitement off-court at Wimbledon today as the tennis tournament played host to a dazzling array of stars, from European royals to famous faces from the sporting world.
And while his three-set match led to victory against the Taiwanese pro, many eyes were firmly fixed on the recognisable faces sat in the stands. But how many can you spot?
Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall was guest of honour to Philip Brook, Chairman of the All England Lawn Tennis Club (numbered 8 and 5), while just a few feet away from her was Prince Frederik of Denmark (12).
Can you name the guests in the royal box? The Duchess of Cornwall was joined by the great and good of sport, showbiz and royalty
However, they were far from the only royal faces in attendance; Prince Edward, Duke of Kent (2) also took a front row seat, just inches in front of Michael and Carole Middleton (1 and 3), who were sat next to Tim Henman’s parents Tony and Jane (4 and 7). They were also joined by the retired tennis champion’s wife Lucy (6).
Sitting one row behind was Downton actor Allen Leech (10) who could be seen cheering Murray on enthusiastically, and just in front were Lord Sebastian Coe and his wife Carole Annett (numbered 9 and 11).
Earlier in the day, Carole Middleton showed where her daughters inherited their impeccable style it from as she arrived at Wimbledon for day four of the tournament.
The Duchess of Cambridge’s mother looked chic in a white and navy spotted dress by Jaeger that wouldn’t look out of place on her daughter Kate. The knee length frock showed off her toned legs and at 61, the mother-of-three still has a figure to rival her fitness fanatic daughter Pippa.
It was a second outing for the dress, which Carole previously wore to Prince George’s first birthday party. She covered up in a three quarter sleeve blue jacket and carried a favourite pink handbag from Osprey she sported at Wimbledon in 2013.
