Salted Smores Truffles Are The Perfect Savory Snack




If you’re looking to change things up in the dessert department, boy do I have a recipe for you!


Today, you’ll learn how to make salted smores truffles. Now, you may think that salty and sweet might not make the best dessert, but these delectable truffles will prove you dead wrong. Want to try making it for yourself? Here’s what you’ll need:


  • 1 pack of graham crackers

  • 1 cup of mini chocolate chips

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 1/2 cups of marshmallow fluff

  • 2 chocolate bars (you’ll be melting them!)

  • Salt for seasoning

First, you’ll need to crush your graham crackers into crumbs. Next, place the crumbs into a bowl and add your chocolate chips, salt, and marshmallow fluff. Be sure to mix everything well!


Now, take your mixture and make 1-inch balls out of them and place each ball on a baking sheet with wax paper on it. Freeze this baking sheet for 15 minutes. Take your chocolate bars and melt them in a microwave-safe bowl for around 75 seconds, making sure to stir the chocolate every 30 seconds.


Take your balls out of the freeze and coat each ball with the melted chocolate. Then sprinkle the salt on each truffle and chill until all of them are firm.
