Soldier doesn’t want to go fight in Afghanistan so he enlists some pedestrians to wheel him away in a wheelchair and help convince his superior that he has lost the use of his legs. The superior isn’t so easily convinced though, and decides to verify his claim by enlisting an interrogation technique some would classify as torture; he violently slashes at his legs with stick, just to see if the soldier really can’t feel them. The soldier tries to act cool and unaffected while the prank victims watch helplessly.
