Rank five of Kyrie Irving's best performances following his 41 points in Game 5 of 2016 NBA Finals

CLEVELAND, Ohio – LeBron James called Kyrie Irving’s 41-point night in Game 5 of the NBA Finals “probably one of the greatest performances I’ve ever seen live.”

James also put up 41 points with 16 rebounds and seven assists Monday night in a 112-97 victory at Golden State. He’s already witnessed a few memorable performances from Irving. Where does this one stand?

You be the judge.

Rank five of Irving’s best games in the graphic below. Not sure? Watch them and read the description for a little help. Boost the games you like and lower the ones you think are overrated by selecting the up and down arrows at the left of each game.

BEST OF THE REST

Jan. 26, 2013 at Toronto

The week included his first All-Star selection, a 40-point night against Boston and another 35 points to beat Milwaukee. For an encore, Irving drained a deep 3-pointer with 0.7 seconds left to beat the Raptors. He scored 32 points.

Feb. 16, 2013 in Houston

Amid his second season in the league, Irving shined on All-Star Saturday by winning the 3-point shootout. He topped San Antonio’s Matt Bonner in the final round and a field that included Stephen Curry, Ryan Anderson and Steve Novak. Irving scored 23 points in the finals, just two points off what was the contest record. The weekend capped his first All-Star appearance and initial time teaming up with LeBron James, which came a day later in the All-Star Game.

Considering the 3-point shootout isn’t a game, it is being relegated to honorable mention status.

Nov. 10, 2013 vs. Philadelphia

The third try at a game-winner wound up the charm for Irving’s whose layup with 0.6 seconds left in the second overtime gave the Cavaliers a 127-125 win against the 76ers. Irving missed potential winning shots at the end of regulation and the first overtime. He scored 39 points and had 12 assists.

Dec. 10, 2013 vs. New York

Nothing like a visit to Madison Square Garden to make a statement. Irving donned a black mask and scored a career-high 41 points in a 103-102 loss to the Carmelo Anthony-less Knicks.

April 5, 2014 vs. Charlotte

As the Cavaliers stumbled into the lottery, Irving put up 44 points, eight assists and seven rebounds in a 96-94 overtime loss to Charlotte. Maybe not a memorable game because of the loss, but it was Irving’s career high at the time.

Jan. 16, 2015 at L.A. Clippers

The Cavaliers entered Los Angeles struggling with a 20-20 record. They beat a talented Clippers squad with Chris Paul and Blake Griffin by getting 30-point nights from Irving and LeBron James. Irving had a game-high 37 points in a 126-121 win.
