Gordon Ramsay Reveals Wife Miscarried Their Fifth Child at 5 Months Pregnant, Pens Heartbreaking Post

Gordon Ramsay’s wife Tana has miscarried their fifth child.

Ramsey took to Facebook on Monday to reveal the sad news.

“We had a devastating weekend as Tana has sadly miscarried our son at five months,” Ramsay wrote. We’re together healing as a family, but we want to thank everyone again for all your amazing support and well wishes.”

The 49-year-old chef also thanked the “amazing team” at London’s Portland Hospital for everything they’ve done.

Ramsay and Tana have been married since 1996. They have four children together — 18-year-old Megan, 16-year-old twins Jack and Holly, and 14-year-old Matilda.

Last month, Ramsay revealed his wife was pregnant with their fifth child — 14 years after she gave birth to their youngest child — on The Late Late Show. The Hotel Hell star added that the baby was due in September and admitted he was hoping for a boy.

ET talked to Tana in July 2014, when she revealed that the famously tough chef definitely has a softer side when it comes to his children.

“When it comes to the kids, he’s a total pushover, especially now that they’re teenagers,” Tana said. “Anything I say isn’t suitable.”
