Child destroys LEGO sculpture that took man three days to build
Everything was awesome — for an hour.
A Chinese LEGO sculptor’s painstakingly made rendition of a Disney character was brought down by a child shortly after it was unveiled at a show in the northeastern city of Ningbo.
Creator Mr. Zhao spent three days building a brick version of Nick Wilde, from this year’s hit “Zootopia,” and shared photos of the work becoming a full-fledged fox.
The statue, whichCCTVreported could be worth $15,000, was roped off at a LEGO expo, but within an hour a boy thought to be 4 or 5 got next to the not-quite-cuddly character and knocked him down.

Despite his work being turned to rubble, Zhao accepted an apology from the child’s parents and acknowledged that their rambunctious son did not mean to destroy the work.
