Manhattan divorce attorney Peter Cedeno preyed on a vulnerable client as her marriage collapsed, seducing Atesa Pacelli while undermining her attempted reconciliation with her hubby, a bombshell lawsuit charged.
Pacelli hired Cedeno on June 3 to represent her in a “highly contentious” divorce from her husband, Anthony.
The lawyer first slept with his client in her apartment after a boozy Aug. 10 lunch, “taking advantage of her intoxicated condition,” the Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit charged.

The condom-free sex “really turned him on,” the lawsuit charged, and Cedeno confided “he would be happy if she got pregnant as a result of their encounter because ‘that way you can’t ignore me.’”
Cedeno also complimented Pacelli on her breasts, inquiring if they were implants. When she answered that they were an engagement present for her husband, the lawyer said they would have to go, according to the lawsuit.
“Cedeno asserted that once ‘We get engaged, you’re taking them out since you put them in for another guy,’” the lawsuit quoted him as saying.
They pair eventually swapped 123 pages of sexting messages and steamy gym selfies as Cedeno, of Ramsey, N.J., pursued Pacelli during her split.

Cedeno’s dogged attempts to seduce Atesa Pacelli started on June 8 — less than a week after she retained him, the suit charged.

“Cedeno told Atesa over the phone that she should date ‘an older guy’ who ‘would know how to treat’ her,” alleged the suit.
Cedeno did not immediately return a message for comment left with his secretary.
To impress Pacelli, Cedeno bragged he was a bad boy who liked to drive at speeds up to 120 mph — and outrun pursuing cops.

The lawsuit charged Cedeno claimed to be “only technically married” while wooing the Manhattan mom.
