Singer Pete Burns has sparked concerns with his bloated appearance on a rare public outing.
Usually fashion-conscious Pete, who’s best known hit is You Spin Me Around, was spotted puffing on a cigarette in a flesh coloured scoop vest and tiny black shorts as he took a walk in London.
Despite the soaring temperatures he topped off his odd look with black fur-lined boots and a red trimmed nude bag. Pete revealed lengthy nail extensions as he gestured to a female pal who was carrying a bottle of white wine.

Sporting peroxide locks with an inch of jet black roots Pete shocked passers-by with his dishevelled appearence. Passers-by said they barely recognised the usual super-glossy star. The super-star was last seen on CBBOTS in May last year, where the Dead Or Alive star revealed he had been under the knife again.
It was a rare TV outing for the star who has remained relatively out of the public eye since appeared on CBB on 2006 .
The Brand New Lover singer is well known for having work done to his face and previously admitted to being addicted to surgery.
Back in 2011 he admitted: “I also have regular peels and Botox. It’s something I’ll always do. People redecorate their homes every few years and I see this as no different. Changing my face is like buying a new sofa.”

Pete, 51, won £450,000 in damages last year from cosmetic surgeon Dr Maurizio Viel, who the singer claims left him ‘suicidal’ after his lip implant operations went wrong.
The Liverpudlian had his first surgery in the 1980s after the money started rolling in from hits like You Spin Me Round with his band Dead Or Alive.
But it was in 2004 that his surgeries started to go wrong when an infection set in, which saw his lips swell to 18 inches.
He said: “‘My doctor punctured it and the yellow dishcarge that came out filled two mugs. I was put on antibiotics but my whole face began to swell. I was housebound for nine months and couldn’t move my head – discharge would pour out.”
He finally found a corrective surgeon who said he could help.
In 2009 he won £450,000 in an out of court settlement following botched lip surgery.
