Mom Kim took little North to a birthday party in Studio City, California.
North left the party incredibly energetic and happy while sporting a pink and white design that was painted on her face.

And Kim looked incredible wearing her trademark shades and showing off her curvy cleavage.

We’re pretty sure other moms at the party didn’t look quite as glam as the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star who wore a short skirt and thigh high boots.
Kim was flouting the famous legs or boobs rule (it’s one or the other Kimmie) as she flashed both her cleavage and her thighs.
