Here’s what you need to know…
How does it work?
You send them over six accurate pictures of your teeth. Once they’ve assessed whether you’re a candidate for the aligners, you’ll get an impressions kit. After taking the impressions of your teeth (very simple to do), you send it back to their team and they’ll create your whole dental plan.
Will it work for me?
You have to be over 15 years of age, with mild to moderate dental concerns. They’ll take a look at your photos to see whether or not you have enough space between the teeth, and if you don’t, you may have to seek another straightening method – or be referred for pre-treatment dental appointment, where they’ll create a little bit more space.
How much does it cost?
The treatment costs £1,199, including teeth whitening and retainers. If you went private, you’d be looking to pay almost triple that amount.
How long till my teeth are straight?
It depends on how much you need fixing, but the treatment time tends to be around 16 weeks (a lot shorter than the metal braces!). You’ll need to swap each aligner over every 2-or-so weeks, so you should start to notice results after the first few.
