Marco Rubio Questions Ruth Bader Ginsburg's Criticism Of Trump
Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) questioned Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s recent criticism of presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump, suggesting she might not be impartial to cases involving a President Trump.
How can a #SCOTUS justice involved in partisan attacks during campaign be impartial in any cases involving a Trump administration?

Ginsburg told the New York Times she couldn’t imagine “what the country would be” if Trump were president, joking she and her husband may “move to New Zealand.” She later called Trump “a faker.”
“He has no consistency about him,” Ginsburg told CNN. “He says whatever comes into his head at the moment. He really has an ego.”
Trump responded by calling on Ginsburg to apologize for her remarks, calling them “a disgrace to the court.”
