Patrick Stewart Takes Down Donald Trump In 1 Epic Tweet

Patrick Stewart has summed up exactly what he thinks about Donald Trump in one single tweet.

The English actor said he spotted a homeless man holding up a sign asking for $1, in exchange for not voting for the Republican real estate magnate this fall.

So the “Star Trek” and “X-Men” star stumped up $5, perhaps with the fanciful hope that by quintupling his donation, it will somehow contribute to The Donald’s downfall.

Stewart tweeted a photograph on Wednesday night. It’s now going viral:

“Made me forget the humidity for a moment. Worth 5 bucks,” he posted.

It’s unclear exactly where Stewart was when he spotted the man, but it comes a week after he also aired his feelings on Trump to Vice.

“Well, of course, we had no idea that Dreadful Trump would be up to these antics that he is up to now,” he told the website. “And I call them ‘antics’ because how could they possibly be taken seriously.”
